What we collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
- Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, device and approximate location, through cookies and analytics.
- Marketing data: your email address, if you subscribe.
Why we use it
- To process and ship your order and handle returns (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To improve the store through analytics (legal basis: consent).
Who we share it with
Shopify (store platform), our payment providers, our shipping carriers, and our supply partners, who receive the shipping details needed to deliver your order. Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards permitted by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, or object to processing, by writing to somozassamuel@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
