Returns and refunds
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no need to give a reason. To use this right, email somozassamuel@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. Once you have told us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of the returned item
The item must come back complete and in a condition that allows resale, with all accessories and the original packaging where possible. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product.
Who pays for the return
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or was not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost in full.
Refunds
We refund the full amount you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of receiving proof that you have sent it. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Faulty items and legal guarantee
All products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If a product develops a fault, email us with photos or a video and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Hygiene exception
Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This applies to the adhesive electrode pads supplied with the EMS device. The device itself can still be returned.
How to start a return
Email somozassamuel@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what you are returning. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
