Shipping policy
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes 8 to 16 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Where we ship from
Our products are shipped directly from our supply partners, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. We show this delivery window before checkout so there are no surprises.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3-5 days to start updating.
Split deliveries
If you order more than one product, the items may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.
Delays
Customs checks, peak periods and carrier issues can add a few days. If your order passes 16 business days with no movement, email somozassamuel@gmail.com and we will chase it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
