2. Orders
An order is confirmed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, if a price was published in error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Correct use of the products
Our products are recovery and fitness equipment, not medical devices, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use the electrical muscle stimulator if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or if you have epilepsy or a heart condition. If you have an injury or a medical condition, ask your doctor or physiotherapist before use.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

The store's texts, images and design belong to RecoverFit or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
9. Governing law
